The young man (above left) was born in Florida of Italian and Norvegian parents. He worked as a cook and hoped to own his own restaurant. But "mother nature" and destiny had other plans for this hot man ;-)

The male body exposition is not really new !! As you can see, nothing changed much ... well maybe the underwear, and no nostalgia about that, those guys would look even better with some Ginch Gonch on, or some Rufskin, just like the Falcon's actors ;-) To see those photos in larger version click here. TAB HUNTER // I'VE GOT A SECRET

Tab Hunter was big in his time, as you can see on the picture above with ballet star Rudolf Nureyev (who kind of look like a blond Rob Lowe on this photo). Tab was like Tom Cruise, every hysterical teen girl's dream. But unlike Tom Cruise Tab Hunter was gay in a time where he was not easy being gay in Hollywood ! Today ... well ... it's pretty much the same.

Tab Hunter Confidential: The Making of a Movie Star is a great biography ! I've ordered the book after reading an article in Attitude Magazine.

Was being a gay Hollywood actor in the 50's really much different of what it is today ? This is a book I would also love to read, but for that we would have to wait an other 30 years or something before one of today's top actor decide to write about his personal experience as gay actors in the early 10's of our century ! But in the "HollyBiz" being gay is bad for the box office and "viewers discretion is advised" as they like to say in Hollywood !
