HOT SUMMER NIGHT LIKE + THE IVY + LOS ANGELES

The weather today felt like one of those great summer days (thanx to the Santa Ana, temperatures will still rise up to a nice 95°f/35°c this weekend), so we went out for a walk on Robertson (South of Melrose) great furniture and clothing shops. It was so nice outside that we have decided to get an early diner and try the Ivy for the first time. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised, we kind of liked the "emptiness" of the place, we took a table in the corner of the terrace, candles, great food (Their Tarte Tatin is really really good !!). So if you have never been to the Ivy thinking there would be too much attitude for you to bare with ... try it on an early week night ;-)
