PARISIAN THUNDERSTORM !

We're having some incredible thunderstorm this afternoon in Paris, I took this picture from our condo ! The sky turned black in just minutes with lightnings everywhere, 3000 strikes reccorded in the city, streets and Quais de Seine flooded, it was fabulous to look at but the people rushing out of the park soaking wet, made me glad we were home.
What is that gothic tower? I've seen in several of your pics.

It's the Castel of Vincenne near Paris. You can see the Donjon from Alek 's windows.

This is the Donjon of Vincennes, a huge Park located East of the city. It is the tallest medieval fortified structure of Europe.
