The guy in the khaki combats with the hairy chest is also dead. It happened right before this season went on the air.

from BravoTV.com:
Update: We're very sorry to report that Doug Blasdell recently passed in January, 2007. Bravo released the following statement: "All of us at Bravo are deeply saddened by the terrible news of Doug Blasdell's untimely passing. He was an inspiring trainer, an exuberant colleague who made the gym a very fun place each and every day and was extraordinarily warm in all aspects of his life. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to his many friends and colleagues at this very difficult time."

David - yes, very sadly he is. I discovered that shortly after writing the comment above - I learned of Doug Blasdell's death a few weeks ago but didn't realise it was him in the photo. (I don't watch bravo).

From Wikipedia: "At the time of his death in 2007 he was 44 years old and single. According to The Advocate, Blasdell died unexpectedly after being rushed to the hospital. No official report has been released on the cause of death. According to reports, he was hospitalized in December and he went into a coma not long after New Years. While he was undergoing chemotherapy for a brain tumor, reports have stated he was in remission at the time of his death. On February 9th, 2007, Entertainment Weekly reported kidney failure as the cause of death."

Such a sweet, lovely person too. Easily my favorite on the show. I'm not sure I'll be able to watch the episodes starting next week when he gets sick.
