300 HUNKS ... AND ONLY ONE BUTT !

I was kind of disappointed with the movie 300. It is very homoerotic, but come on ... 300 hunky guys fighting and all we get to see is one backlight butt ;-) But what a nice one I have to say. Gerard Butler is one sexy king ...

Talking about the 300, this is how they advertise and promote the movie here in Rio de Janeiro, in Copacabana to be more precise ! Not quite like the billboard we photographed in L.A a couple of weeks ago. I wonder if later they are going to put hot guys in golden speedo here ... maybe we should come back and check just in case ;-)

Hehe... you made to the picture of the butt some enlightning technic I showed you before with the ones from Nick Beyeler(Picasa, Photoshop,...) to give more brightness, you can see what darkness hide.

I was more than disappointed, I was insulted by the movie. Its casual tossing aside of the Spartan practice of having its soldiers also be sexually involved with each other was, I suppose, to be expected, but to make Xerxes into a pierced bejewelled queen and deliberately play on young heterosexual males' homophobia to crank up the tension (something the director BRAGGED about doing in an interview) is vile. And then there's the racism -- all the good guys are white, perfectly built and heroic with blue eyes; all the bad guys are black or brown, morally corrupt and arrogant as well as cowardly and stupid. And then there's its suggestion that eugenics is a good thing (it even offers an example of what happens when you DON'T kill the physically imperfect child at birth). To say this movie is despicable is to understate its meaning. Goebbels or the Ku Klux Klan couldn't have put out a better movie showing why the Aryan race is superior.
