NICOLAS GEORGIADIS // OHLALA PARIS INTERVIEW

Male fine art nude photography is only his hobby. His website is therefore a private homepage. Most of the photos were taken on the island of Mykonos Greece and in the south of France. We have got the chance to ask him a few questions:

Obsession
Treating a photo model the way I would have liked being treated if I would have been this model. Having my own photo-language completely independent of what is in or out this year, Greek mythology.

Honesty
Is an important subject, seldom it is more reasonable to be silent, to listen and not to tell everything, if there is a special case which needs this behavior. With other words, never lie, but in case of need just be silent.

Latitude
Having a life partner or a close boyfriend it is necessary to give enough latitude. Possessivity and jealousy are not healthy manners. But still, there is not always only a clear yes or no to any subject, there can be a case you shouldn’t give too much latitude depending on the specific case, but this would be an exception.

Advice
Never do a job you don't like. Whatever you do, do it with heart and love and do it perfect. No matter what kind of job it is, no matter what other people think about you, do it and do it right. And don't care if you will have one day a huge financial profit of this job, money shouldn't be the one and only reason you selected your job.

Love
There is not one love, there are all kinds of love, a nice smile of your neighbor, a happy dog by receiving his daily food, a lovable mother being thankful after I kissed and hugged her, my friend and lover of course making me every day peaceful, thankful and satisfied, my garden and plants 'speaking' with me and loving me because I treat them so well, my photo models I respect as much as jewels, as angels, lovable human beings to whom I am extremely thankful for having the possibility of photographing them the way I like.

Ambition
Regarding society I am not very ambitious, I don’t care too much what somebody should be or should do regarding the meaning of other people. But regarding my own dreams or wishes I can be very ambitious, just for myself.

Perseverance
If I like doing something or if I see it has to be done my perseverance is endless and nobody has to push my being like that, I have to act like this automatically. But there are still seldom moments too, where it is better to give up something if regardless your energy putting into something there won’t change anything anyhow.

Attitude
Helping people without thinking what benefit I could receive. Or planting a new tree in my garden today even if everybody proclaims that tomorrow would be the end of the world.

Respect
Every human being regardless his origin, religion, financial power, sexual orientation a.s.o. has the same value in society.

Intelligence
You have it or you don't have it, you can go to as many universities as you like and have hundreds of diplomas, a pure and real intelligence you can't learn from books. Intelligence is character, humor and love towards people around you. The way you survive and manage your life is intelligent or not. I don't like too much academic people being too many years at university, they don't know real life enough, books are important, but not enough.

Sex
Eroticism with tenderness is important, but not the only thing in life and you need time to develop your sexuality with your partner. I don't like superficial adventures at all, sex can be cold if there is no soul and love together. And this is better possible in a friendship or relationship. It is important that you treat your partner as you would like to be treated, listen to him and take care for his wishes, no egoistic trips towards selfish behavior, intensive and satisfying eroticism needs trust and real love from both sides.
