LUNCH IN AMSTERDAM // THE CHEF WAS HOT SPICY !
On the Cooking Spice Chart, I would have give this young chef a good 3 Peppers ! If you are looking for a good food court, we would recommend La Place on Kalverstraat, the big shopping street. And I know you are all very careful with your diet so before heading to the sandwich section, have a look at the vegetables section ! The chef will cook your peppers to perfection, while you will be melting. Bon Appetit !
One of the best lunches I ever had was at this little resterant near the Anne Frank house. It's called Dommelsch Bier.

Dommelsch Bier is a beerbrand in the Netherlands, so the restaurnat near the Anne Frank House is not called that way !
