JUSTIN HARLEY IS THE NEW NEW NEW AQUAMAN
First, former "American Idol" contestant Alan Ritchson tried his hand at playing Aquaman on TV. Then Will Toale took the part after The WB announced it was developing a series based on the DC Comics character.
Out Will Toale, and welcome Justin Hartley ! He has been starring (toples most of the time) on the daytime drama "Passions" since 2002 !

I was watching the day the overhead announcer said something about a new actor will now be playing the role of whatever he played on the show.
His body is amazing, ripped, chiseled beyond bodyfat belief. But.. and yes I mean a truely muscled defined But...
He is a horrible actor. They simply cast his body rather than his talent. Horrible actor, I say this as I wave my fist in the air to the powers that be.
I am thankful though that he will remain shirtless on Mercy Reef as much as he was shirtless on PASSIONS.
Wow, just wow!

Im glad Justin is able to fulfill his goal of going into primetime so quickly after leaving "Passions". I loved watching him on there..shirtless of course :P. Who needs a great actor(he did the best he could on this wacky show) when you have a great body like that! I will definitely miss him on "Passions" but am happy he will be moving onto bigger and better things. Just as long as he keeps it real and stays with his wife and child!

Seriously, why wasn't Adrian Grenier from Entourage cast as Aquaman? With HBO not approvong full length seasons for his show, surely there wouldn't be too much of a clash?
I guess Mandy Moore would be too pricey to cast as Aquagirl though...
