Daniel Craig is actually filming Casino Royale the new James Bond ! I was not too excited about the choice ... Ok I was wrong :-) Even if I still believe that Clive Owen would have been perfect for the role !

Last night Madonna had the "honor" to receive a finger at the NME Awards ceremony in the Sexiest Woman category. I am not sure if this is a compliment since Pete Doherty was named Sexiest Man I think Preston from the Ordinary Boys should have been the winner !!!
I can only imagine the "thanx speech" at the ceremony : "I wanted to share this finger with my wife and my kids" or "This finger is for you mom" !

CONDO-HUNT // PARIS // 2006 EDITION

We're in the middle of one of my favorite activities Condo Hunt in Paris. It's a little different from our previous Parisian real-estate experience ! Of course, things would be much easier if our budget was around €2 500 000, we would buy one very cool magazine called PROPRIETES DE FRANCE and decide if we really need a pool in Paris, or how close we want the Eiffel Tower to be from the terrace ! They just have the most beautiful homes in the country !

Anyway, let's go back to our price range ! This weekend we have visited an amazing condo in the Latin Quarter with a terrace and a great view (see the image above). The price is still a little too high, considering that it needs a B.G.R. (Big Gay Remodeling) but that's the cheapest you can get in the area. I cannot stop thinking about this place since we saw it ! And on top of that we have to deal with the Parisians realtors !!
