Hasn't the buzzcut phase run its course? Ledger looks better than most, but it's the buzzcut just another tired "queer" look.

not at all. he's obviously 'buzzed' because he is notably receeding and probably doesn't want to have to worry about the comb over or push forward, which in my opinion is much more 'tired', albeit queer or not
