A recent scientific research showed that so much cocaine is being used in London that it can be detected in the River Thames. An estimated 2kg of cocaine, or 80 000 lines, spill into the river every day after it has passed through users' bodies. The traditional Fish'N Chips will never taste the same ;-) Earlier this year, a similar investigation in Italy revealed the country's biggest river, the Po, carried the equivalent of about 4kg of cocaine a day.
