FIAC 2005 - CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR PARIS

Paris is trying to win back its status as a leading world art market with the help of FIAC, the annual contemporary art fair. Paris was once a sale center and workshop for young artists from Henri Toulouse-Lautrec to Pablo Picasso. Today, French artists are exporting their work, and last year an estimated $156 million of French art was sent to New York and London. Some 227 galleries, and 26 countries. Among them we had the pleasure to finally meet Oliver from Though Not blog - NYC representing his Gallery 5BE !
