EATING OUT
Imagine your friend (or roommate) who's straight and who looks more gay than you do, decides to "go gay" to see if he has more luck with girls ! Is it a plan without risks ? Well, Allan Brocka gives us his vision of what some gay people can call the ultimate gay fantasy, in his movie called EATING OUT.
Among the 3 cute actors is Jim Verraros, top 10 finalist of American Idol 2002. Who's currently writing and recording new music with singer/songwriter Gabe Lopez.
Ryan Carnes (Marc), was born and raised in Pittsfield, IL.
He made the move to Los Angeles and since has dedicated himself to studying his craft and pursuing his dream to be a working actor.
This is his first role. About his experience in Eating Out he says that "Once you've done frontal nudity, hey, what else is there to hide?" Ryan also writes lyrics and is currently collaborating with several other musicians on their first project.
Scott Lunsford (Caleb) born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, caught the attention of director Ron Hamaday at a play opening, he offered him the lead in his independent feature, PANDEMONIUM. Other roles quickly followed. He braved the challenge of nudity and graphic sex scenes in Eating Out. In real life he is an athlete who enjoys surf, tennis but alos a great artist who find confort in creating. He is planing an exposition of his work soon.
This movie has been awarded and honored at many Gay and Lesbian Film Festivals, and received some of the best reviews. Eating Out ... "The fastest way to a girl's heart is through her gay best friend" ! We will see ...

For the lucky ones in the US, make sure not to miss next week's episode of Desperate Housewives. Ryan Carnes will be introduce as the new gardener ... Damn there is something about the gardeners that I like in this show !

I saw this film when it was first pre-released to the indy film circuit. It's a great movie. Everyone should check it out. The actors are definitely hot. I actually have straight friends who are exactly like this, so it was funny as hell to watch.

The story seems to be very intersting in so far as every gay man has had a relationship like this ! I definitely want to check this movie out !!! And the boys look so hot ! ;-)

Do you know that director Allan Brocka is the nephew of the late Lino Brocka was a famouse and respected director in the Philippines. Lino died of a car accident but most of his films had received so many international awards during his time. He also directed the my favorite movie "Macho Dancer".

Carnes has also been on the daytime soap opera General Hospital in the STATES. Talent on the rise, non?

So you mentioned hes fullf rontal in the movie - do you have the pics to prove it and let us see....That Desperate Housewives episode was great. I am however getting tired of all the websites spoiling allt he twists of todays tv shows - While I had read the Van de kamp kid was coming out - I didnt know about the gardner twist so was glad to see that twist. The writers on this show are so creative...Now I wonder if theyre still going to have Doug Savant come out as gay or bi like some are reporting

Hi there... we were lucky to see this movie in the Lisbon G&L Film Festival and I did really enjoy it. And yes, the boys are very intersting!
