This 27 years old man from Rio De Janeiro is the most famous firemen in Brazil (if I understood well those Portuguese reviews). He has recently appeared in a calendar called "Heróis do Rio", but he remains mostly famous for his scandalous love affairs.

He is always wearing something blue to match the color of his eyes ...

It would be cool If someone from Brazil could give us some more infos (or gossips) on José Albucacys !

2005 - YEAR OF BRAZIL IN FRANCE

The Year of Brazil in France should begin in March and will last until December. Paris will reverberate to the beat of samba and forro. Several events will be organize showing the diversity of Brazil. This event was planed since 2001.
It will be the largest Brazilian event outside Brazil. A carnival on the Champs Elysées would be nice ... But the most important question: Is brazil going to send to Paris some of their hotest men ? The summer should be hot and humid in Paris ...

I wonder if those kind of places are sold for their actual value or just for the record ?! Rupert Murdoc has recently set a new record on the NYC real estate market when he bought last month a Triplex on the 5th Avenue, for $44 million. the sale price surpassed the record $US42.25 million the financier David Martinez paid last year to create a single apartment from two condominium units in the Time Warner Centre. Mr Murdoc who had to pay cash (required by the co-op's rules) would also have to pay a monthly maintenance of $21 469 !

Paris is still far away from this kind of records. Most of the "top" expensive condos are still looking for owners ... This duplex located by the Eiffel Tower has a 360° city view, several terraces, a real garden on the roof, a swimming pool is on sale right now and it is only €3.7 millions !! :-)
