Gyrotonics

Gyrotonics has been described as "yoga with resistance", and it's a next big thing.

The Gyrotonics system emphasizes breath control, controlled resistance, and the development of flexibility and strength. Increased range of motion, cardiovascular and aerobic stimulation, neuromuscular rejuvenation, improved balance and better coordination are among the benefits.

FILIP NIKOLIC

Originally from Serbia where Alek met him in Belgrade a few years ago, Filip was born the 1st of September 1974 in Saint Ouen - France.

Filip's talents range from gymnastics as you can notice by just looking at this incredible body, (he is not just a Gym Boy, he was a gymnast champion in France), acting, but most notably, singing in the first national boys band called 2B3 with two friends of him, who grew up in the same Parisian's suburb.

Unfortunately I think he is one of the most underemployed man in France.

This talented guy has to deal with the high price to pay when beauty was his first and main goodwill. He was also acting in a French tv soap ... I remember some photos of him playing with the "transparency" of the shower glass ! Thinking that cameras were not rolling ... mistake ... the week after he was in all magazines. His answer was : "I have absolutely no problems with nudity". We have no problems with HIS NUDITY neither :-)

When smoking pot does not help ...

Some reggae "artists" who have been promoting the murder of gay people in their lyrics have been banned from UK music shops this week. I just wanted to share with you some of those "artists" who have been accused of glorifying the murder of gay people :

Bounty Killer, Elephant Man, TOK, Capleton, Beenie Man, Sizzla Kalonji, Buju Banton and Vybz Kartel ... for a worldwide boycott !

Sizzla wrote : "fire fi di man dem weh go ride man behind" translated by OutRage! as "burn the men who have sex with men". His answer was : "They can't ask me to apologise, they've got to apologise to God because they break God's law". His five-date UK tour was cancelled !

What I like in enormous cities like Hong Kong, it's the contrast you can get in a matter of minutes. Going from crowded skyscrapers area to a nice quiet beach (with 234 islands the choice is yours), that's one really cool thing about Hong Kong. But then you don't come to Hong Kong for some solitude, so you will find here all the big city specials ...

Monica bellucci - Champs Elysées

She is one of the most beautiful women to switch on the Christmas lights along The Champs-Elysees (Paris' most prestigious avenue). The famous tree-lined avenue will be sparkling until January 4 !

There is so many cool Christmas illuminations to see in Paris. One of the most famous being the Galeries Lafayette !
